FACTORY SELECTION

Quality is non-negotiable. In order to maintain it we look for qualified vendors. For every customer / project, C1L conducts a thorough factory audit to validate the partner factory. This is done to verify the factory capability, anticipate quality issues, moreover to gauge the reliability. We ensure the factory is compliant with norms and standards, and all system processes are at place; by investigating the following:

SAMPLING

Development onsets the major phase of the cycle. In this stage our sample is made ready as per the details provided. Sampling is perfected in order to step into production stage.

We select and source raw materials and components for the best quality and price and offer technical expertise by working with suppliers to ensure samples meet the required design features and quality

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Production is a complex process that involves manufacturing the product that was assigned and conceptualized. Proper negotiating and contracting, prior to an order finalization is always done. This is the primordial method of securing an order. Along with this, rigid contracting laws are laid in China in order to have advantage from the very beginning.

We monitor production planning as a key to ensure efficiency throughout the order. With our Time and Arrangement Planning and proper order flow we can oversee contingencies and avoid major delays.
